Spends time sharing event info in local community groups
Keeps location clean and maintained during event
On hand to connect, direct, and help guest during event
Assists in the running and orderliness of games/activities
Helps to capture moments of importance throughout event
Helps before and/or after events to put things in place
Supports non-profits, vendors, etc., from arrival to departure
Greets guests, helps them sign up for food and give aways
Preps, portions, and distributes food to guest
Works with prayer team leads to provide Biblical prayer
Helps package food donations Thursday before event
